Putting Health and Recovery Within Reach

What is the Lymph System?

The human body contains a body-wide network of vessels and nodes called the Lymphatic System.

While this multi-functional system is still being studied, the general understanding is that it plays a pivotal role in our health by destroying and removing toxins from our system, and clearing the body of excess fluid and debris.

How it does this is through a network of vessels that suck up the toxins and excess fluid from the blood and body, recycling the fluid through the circulatory system and removing toxins via the lymphatic "drainage station": The largest lymph node called the Cisterna Chyli, that dumps the toxins directly into our colon, and in the case of women, with their monthly cycle.

Also, the lymph nodes that create lymphocytes (white blood cells) carry these extremely important bacteria/virus killing cells through the body to destroy harmful bugs that threaten to make us sick.

Then... it washes away the yuck and flushes the system clean again. Cool huh?

A perfect balance to keep us in tip-top shape.
